Re: This loss could be the best thing to happen to his franchise.
The team has more than enough talent to get to the playoffs. Look at SF.
It truly is a reflection of leadership, front office, and coaching. I had faith, and will look with any hope that's left that the players who have that respected voice in the locker room (... Fletcher... maybe Samuels) to get the ship righted whatever the personnel changes if there are any. TB, CAR, KC next. could still be 4-2 going into Philly, though I doubt it. |

The team president idea is a good one. Everyone would feel like they are accountable. I am not so sure about Shanahan. By the end of his tenure he had the same problem as Zorn: he'd lost his locker room. Zorn had better get his act together ASAP. When the locker room stays lost, the season is over. Otherwise I say bring on Tony Dungy!

So guys.... first overall pick in the upcoming draft. Who should WE take? 1 player or trade down and get more picks?

Dude thanks for the laugh!! So true though. Man can I get another hit man I'll #$#2 your !@#@. This is embarrassing. At least at this point if we can get it turned around in a couple of years maybe we can be the team of the 2010s.

Re: This loss could be the best thing to happen to his franchise.
Yes, until DS realizes that the FO needs to change it doesn't matter who the coach is for the most part. To go on the road and lose like that to a woeful team just tells me something is wrong. I know that's stating the obvious. I don't know what it is.
Anytime an organization hires a D coord and an O coordinator before their "new" coach something is wrong. It's downright laughable. Not so much the D coordinator but to hire JZ as offensive coordinator prior to hiring a coach is stupid. That tells you right there who "runs" the team and who the players respect. I don't think they should fire JZ right now, but I do think they need to do some due dilegence. This is VC's guy too, so if JZ goes, VC has got to go. Period. |

Doughty has been playing very well the last couple of weeks. Would you have him start over horton?
We really miss having Sean Springs as our leader of the CBs. The dude was hurt a good bit but he also played very well for us. Seems that these CBs need to find a leader. They are young but not very good.
