Re: Russell Okung visits the Redskins

see my reasoning is that with all the offensive line talent in this draft, it wouldn't be the end of the world if we trade that pick away. I am sure some teams are extremely interested in Clausen and would be happy to give up perhaps a few 2nds or next year's 1st to trade with us and grab the ND product. And if we get Brian Baluga or Trent Williams, we will be fine at tackle

Totally agree, good post, that Okung visit WAS low key as hell. Now that you mention it, it most likely wasnt a coincidence.....

Are u blind???!! The OL was f-ing atrocious last year and that is now w/o a doubt the biggest need. Besides, OL has a huge drop off after the first 3 rounds because they are in such high demand

The Okung visit would have gotten more press if it wasn't for the McNabb hurricane that blew through DC.

Trent Williams also visited on Thursday, apparently.

Okung is the man to take, IMO. and last season i wanted Oher. i love Orakpo, but if the skins went tackle- tackle back to back drafts, the line would be set for the next 10 years

It was atrocious!! That's why they need to trade down and get 2 OL instead of 1 in the first 3 rounds.
