All these crappy character guys kind of remind me of the Jerome Mathis signing back in 08 which came around shortly after he was accused of beating his pregnant girlfriend. Luckily for us he sucked and got cut but I absolutely HATE having to root for players like that. My personal biggest fear right now is the Raiders doing bad again this year (sorry JC) and firing Tom Cable all the while Tom Forrester struggles coaching our O-Line and is shown the door in favor of Cable.

Re: Undrafted Free Agents Signed
man ciron black woulda been a nice pickup too. I never understand why teams don't push harder for these guys...I mean what's the worst that can happen to them? cut them or put them on the practice squad? the more people the merrier i say...and the more people the more competition...and that is always a plus.

Re: Undrafted Free Agents Signed
Dennis Morris' profile reveals a very versatile athlete. His signing may have more of an impact on the FB position where Mike Sellers has been the man for several years. Should Morris develop, he could be an up-grade there.

Re: Undrafted Free Agents Signed
I think with URFAs, their agents sort out the best situation for their clients; be it team roster depth, type of offense, impression at interviews, hometown, and of course, favored connections.

Re: Undrafted Free Agents Signed
LOL. Are you being sarcastic? Whether it's a popular choice or not I just have that 6th sense feeling at the end of the day he's going to be a Redskin. When the whole McNabb endorses T.O. came out it was the second time T.O.'s name came up in any type of media comments. I just get the feeling the organization is throwing it out there to see what the fans think. Throw it out a second time and the fan base slowly gets broken down until the finally the majority of the fan base is on board with the idea.
Our WR's as they stand now: Moss Thomas Kelly Mitchell Anthony Armstrong Marques Hagans James Robinson Roydell Williams- Terrence Austin- Rookie As we stand now Moss is the only WR that we know can get the job done, cause he carried the team in the past. Thomas is just starting to show something. He still has a long way to go but there is upside. Kelly has shown potential but has failed to put it on the field on game day. Mitchell has the size but was hardly used his Rookie yr. The rest don't stand out. I even thought Williams and Hagans were camp casualties last yr, but I'm not sure. So basically we are going into the season with Moss and Thomas? |

Re: Undrafted Free Agents Signed
The argument that Bartel should start is so obvious that I will not repeat it here.
