Side note- we got to chatting with one of the pit bosses in the casino. Really cool guy. He said celebrities come through there constantly, and pointed out a high-stakes private room where he said Michael Jordan dropped 6 figures in one card game just the week before.

I loved the Dead Sea and the Masada. The Mountains to the north next to the sea of Galilee are awesome too. I also like the beaches right off of the Mediterranean. The Jordan River had be my favorite area though. I did not get a chance to see Jerusalem but I did see the desert in the south of the country. It is amazing how much of a diverse geography they have in a country in the size of New Jersey. |

I went horseback riding in the Andes right on the border of Argentina/Chile basically. Unbelievable. Never breathed air so fresh and crisp

The scoreboard will always stick in my mind with it is crappy digital numbers and the Dunkin Donuts ads on it. The amount odd staircases and tunnels in that place always made my head spin. It was not linear at all compared to today's staduims. Fenway is much like that also.

Re: Favorite Places You Have Visited
Right now my favorite place to visit is about an 1 1/2 hours away in Nags Head because I'm leaving tomorrow morning for the week. We have a cottage right on the ocean and I'm taking the boat to head off shore and go deep sea fishing one or two days. It will be the first time running the new boat 30 miles offshore and I'm pretty pumped. Its my parent 50th wedding anniversary so they are going, my sister her husband and two children, and the 4 of us so we will have a full house. I'll try to check in and see how training camp is going but we will get the local paper which does a decent job.

Re: Favorite Places You Have Visited
Nope, I meant we were in Nags Head but the northern part of the city, almost into Kill Devil Hills. We were pretty close to the entrance to Jockey's Ridge.
Also, there is a surf shop called Whalebone right around where I stayed. They had some of hottest girls I've seen in a long time working there. So, you should probably stop in.
