I don't get what is with all the Beck hate. We know what we have with Rex and it's not all terrible, but beck could have some real potential. I for one want to see if he has anything to offer. We all know we're gonna draft a qb next year, but hopefully we won't have to throw our rookie qb into the fire too soon.

From what I've seen of Beck so far in his career I haven't been overly impressed. That said, I hope he proves me wrong if he's the starter

I just hope our rookies can contribute and lay the foundation of a playoff squad for years to come. I think the additions on defense alone should win us a few more games than last year. I didn't see any word on Kerrigan, is playing tonight?

? He's definately #5 at minimum:

1. Moss
2. Gaffnery
3. Armstrong
4. Hankerson
5. Paul

Neither Banks, Austin, or Stallworth have a snowballs chance in hell of making the roster unless we carry 6 receivers.

Nobody thinks Hankerson or Paul have a chance at knocking off Gaffney? Right now I'm bigger on Paul than Hankerson. Any word on Anderson?

I wouldn't write off Austin yet.

Isaac Anderson out of Wisconsin. There were a couple of reports about him having a really good camp. He's only 5'10 but is quick with good route running and good hands.

Re: Redskins vs. Steelers Preseason Pre-Game Thread

With what I saw in games last night Banks has lost a lot of what he brings to the table for kick offs. I only saw one return during the San Diego/Seattle game. I like Austin but if he is in who gets placed on the PS?

Our second best player after ARMSTRONG! lol.

Man that Armstrong joke hasn't gone over as well since we actually got a quality player named Armstrong.

Honestly I'm going with Markus White based on reports saying he's dominating against the scrubs while getting handled or neutralized against the veterans that know how to handle his moves.
