Actually I think they're a pretty good fit. He's an Al Davis dream....a mediocre player with lots of speed.

Re: Raiders Select Terrelle Pryor

Can we change the title of this thread though to something more accurate like "Raiders Kill Pryor's Career Before it Starts"?

By the way whats with the long suspension. Does he have any PRYORS? HAHAHAHAAH

Funny, you guys are saying how the Raiders were idiots for wasting a 3rd round pick on Terrelle Pryor....and perhaps I agree...but....the skins used a 3rd round pick on Jeremy Jarmon

At least our idiotic moves are in the past, while the Raiders are still making them

I liked the Jarmon pick. He looked good when he played, just had injury problems. Then, the switch to 3-4 pretty much made him an odd man out here. I expect him to be a starter at some point in Denver.

I want to correct myself for hatting on Pryor. He took it a day later and got a 21 or 22, redeeming his forest gump 7. Obviously something was up the first day, maybe he tried to use a mechanical pencil instead of a standard style number 2. Either way good luck to you TP

They do make them take the Wonderlic after a full day of workouts, correct? I think sometimes we forget the type of physical and mental strain these guys are going through during the combine. I can tell you I've never been in the situation where not doing well may cost me millions upon millions of dollars.

I think they changed it recently to the beginning of the day, not the end

Apparently, the at least a nice chunk of the Wonderlic test the person's knowledge of the foul and worthless subject known as maths and how to translate word problems into numbers. Then there is the subject known as logics, which is a foul, heathen creature standing in the way bias, tribalism, and good old-fashioned INTUITION.

Plus it helps taking a test if you have already seen it before.

Re: Raiders Select Terrelle Pryor

Al Davis is throwing Pryor onto the field in their final pre-season game.

This should be fun to watch...kid probably got his playbook 5 minutes ago.
