This game gives a new meaning to the colloquialism - Dirty Sanchez.
And Skins win...barely. |

I remember that game unfortunately. One of the worst games I've seen.

Re: Redskins Vs Jets Pregame Thread
Call me crazy, but I honestly feel that we win this game. I feel we match up really well against the jets. They basically run the ball (lately) with Green, which our run D has tightened up the last couple of games, and Sanchez just isn't scary. I think we will get pressure on him today, few sacks, and a pick or two which could go the other way for 6. On offense, with the Jets and aggressive style and really a lack of pressure on the QB, Rex could have a good day. Helu out of the backfield could get 10 balls for close to 100, and Davis is a match up problem for the LB's.
I am saying we win 21-10. |

Re: Redskins Vs Jets Pregame Thread
I think we pull a win out today. 21-16, but the Jets will score 2 TD's on Hall. Write it down.

Re: Redskins Vs Jets Pregame Thread
I believe we played them in 07 at NY and barely won the game. Clemons was the QB for them.

Re: Redskins Vs Jets Pregame Thread
Rex Ryan actually gave good old Mark Brunell some snaps with the 1st team offense this week to try to get in Sanchez's head and motivate. But the jets also do need to win to keep their chances alive. I would not be surprised if Brunell comes in just to try and spark the offense.
We should win. Jets are a bad team with a questionable QB. But then again the Redskins could show up the same old Redskins. It's a coin toss, but I believe Grossman will have a good day.

Re: Redskins Vs Jets Pregame Thread
The question is will he do a simulation of drawing a mustache above his lip after every touchdown?
