yeah, Shuler to Westbrook was exactly what Norvelle had in mind as the parallel to Aikman to Irvin. WEstbrook didn't have great hands, but surely had the athletic ability. As others have said already, he was never comfortable in his own skin as a Skin (or a Bengal).

Well really Norv wanted Shuler to Galloway. Casserly wanted Dilfer and Westbrook. So they compromised

I remember watching Shuler when he finally got to camp and couldn't believe how much he didn't look like a pro QB. I just don't understand what Norv Turner saw in him. He had no understand or feel of the pro game at all.
