The franchising of Washington's Fred Davis - NFC East Blog - ESPN

Let's discuss... Should he get the tag? Cost is around 5 mil for the year. If he test positive for drugs he will be suspended for the year. If it worth while to place the tag on him or another player like Laron Landry?
