Re: Go Pack Go!

We have no easy games left. Realistically we have to go 4-1 meaning we have to win the Philly and Cle games plus the other Dallas game and at least one of the games against NY or Balt.

Uggg...I wish we could play a cupcake like Carolina or St Louis...oh wait...

OK, no game is easy but they just beat the ST with 9 turnover and against a 3rd string QB.

The Redskins can hang with any team in the NFL. We should have defeated the NYG in week 7. I like our chances against them at FEDEXFIELD in week 13.

Our D didn't really show up on thanksgiving though... 31 points is pretty disconcerting to give up.

other than a 3 point lead in the 1st quarter, we were never behind. I agree wins like against Philly would be nice, but for now, I think we have to expect and accept that we aren't a shut down D. As long as our offense keeps a 2 score margin, our D will be just fine. Fortunately, I think KS, Griffin et al understand this at this point in the season.

Re: Go Pack Go!

The Redskins defense has showed the ability in the past to get to Eli Manning. We've been able to pounce all on him and sack him in the past. I think our defensive backs learned their lesson from the first meeting this year. I'm not concerned about how our offense matches up against their defense. We didn't have Pierre Garcon the last time we played the Giants and Fred Davis left the game with a bad injury. I'm predicting the Redskins to narrow the Giants 2 game lead to one game.

We didn't get to Eli but once last time. The one time we had a real chance at him, it was a screen which went for a first down. Our defense this game will be our offense.

I think Haslett has reviewed the film of the first game countless times already. Let's hope Haslett has something in store for Eli. Our corners and safeties just need to prevent the big play.
