Still feels like a dream. I dunno if it was all those beers last night, but this just seems unreal.

Than Tampa lost to the Rams by a fg, who than beat the Titans by the slimmest of margins. In other words - that botched snap cost us what could have been - well - uggh.

Re: NFC EAST CHAMPS!!!! How does it feel?
I feel justified in making my 13 year old son root for the Redskins his whole life when they were not very good. I remember the good 'ol days but he doesn't. Now he can be proud of this team and feel the way that I've felt for over 30 years. It feels great!

Re: NFC EAST CHAMPS!!!! How does it feel?
Man I have been a skins fan since 77 when we moved to the area, have not lived in the dc area for quite some time now but this is awesome and its been a long time coming.....after a lot of years of watching the play by play on NFL.com and listening to radio feed on the internet, I got NFL Sunday Ticket this year and what a year it has been....first time in more that 20 years I have got to see all the games, my kids and I are loving it.....should this streak continue we are coming home for the victory parade.......HTTR

Re: NFC EAST CHAMPS!!!! How does it feel?
We won the division.
We have two digits in the win column. We have a real QB (huge understatement) We beat Dallas. We beat Mexicos team. We swept Dallas. We knocked Dallas out of the playoffs. We used Dallas as a doormat to get into the playoffs with. We are the only team from our division in the playoffs. I'll be jacked up for quite a while after this one.

Re: NFC EAST CHAMPS!!!! How does it feel?
This win tops everything except Redskins victories in NFC Championships and Super Bowls, in other words, the biggest win in the last 20 years. That it came in an elimination game against our hated rival in a national prime time game and at home is icing on the cake. Hearing the stadium sing "Hail To The Redskins" after the clinching TD was a goosebump moment.

Re: NFC EAST CHAMPS!!!! How does it feel?
I will never forget last nites game. I will never forget the turnaround this team made from 3-6. BUT BRING ON SEATTLE! - I have bigger things on my mind today other than a division title. Seahawks on the road, and a banged up Atlanta team with a recent history of underperforming in the playoffs. Plus the not very good Redskins team from this year almost beat the very good Falcons team from this year already. Very curious to see what would transpire if we get past Seattle and have a chance to play them again - two very different teams from the last meeting? Imo - two very winnable games that by my caluculations land us in the NFC championship game. OMG. If I continue to dream a win there would put us in the..........(deep breaths Punch, deep breaths)
