I hope the rain clears out before the game. I don't want to see a sloppy game on a sloppy, muddy field. Fed Ex usually turns ugly late in the season.

Clearly you have no appreciation of how Hogs root about in the muck.

For real, the playoff game in 91 against the Falcons in the mud was classic.

I love watching a tough game in the elements too, but we can't deny everyone was complaining about how raggedy the field looked after RG3 tore his acl in 2012.

Agreed...but in 2012, it wasn't just the rain that was the problem, the field was also torn up and lumpy

If I remember correctly, I think that there had been some sort of concert or other event prior to the Redskins playoff game, that caused the field to be torn up, and, Dan Synder, foolishly, decided not to replace the field, until the offseason.

I think you're right, but this time around I definitely expect the field to be better than that. DS learned his lesson on that one. I wouldn't be surprised if the conditions aren't good since we've had 2 days of shitty weather in a row now.

I know the halftime show is no big deal in the grand scheme of things but I wish they did more to make it unique to where the SB is taking place. The Bay Area has produced a ton of interesting music and artists and for them to just go with two *hot selling* artists who you can see a 300 other days of the year around every corner? Meh.

With d jax and Reed on the field, it's a pick your poison with how you decide to help. Djax ability to take the top off defense is the key. Allows Garçon and crowder to work the underneath.

When we can add another TE to the offense, like Niles, who can also block for duel TE looks....Jay gruden should finally have the offense he envisions.
