Re: Giants Postgame
Nobody is saying we lost the game. It’s game 7 and Smith still hasn’t gotten untracked, meaning he won’t. We are like the Ravens with Dilfer when they won the SB. Our D is keeping us in the games, if we try to get into a shoot out, we won’t and come playoffs u need both D and O. I bet McCoy would be more effective.

Doctson played decent today. Maybe our best blocking wr.

We are no longer a bad team. That is great. But we are not yet a real contender to win it all. Smith is one of the players that is still not playing well enough for our team to rake the next step. Get it? |

Re: Giants Postgame
1) DEFENSE !!! That was awesome! Nothing to complain about there!
(If I'm nitpicking, I'm asking: could we get ALL the plays where Kerrigan is covering out of the playbook? He's having a great season, stop doing that to him!) 2) Offense: early in the game, the short passing game, with what I call "smart plays" (TE screens, pick plays, crossing routes) was working really well... why did we get away from it? It was moving the ball effectively, and developing the connection between Alex and his receivers (both Doctson and Richardson had nice contested catches on short routes). 3) 5 and 2, leading the division, great defense, good running game, no turnovers... Isn't that the definition of winning football ? Don't get what we're complaining about: this is the kind of football team I've always wanted.

Re: Giants Postgame
I'm talking about Smith, perfect example is the deep ball to Richardson, terrible pass that should have been intercepted, lucky for us the pass was so bad even the Giants DB couldn't intercept it.

Re: Giants Postgame
Why are we leading the east? From Twitter:
UPDATED: Rushing yards allowed by the #Redskins & their Defensive Line in 2018; David Johnson: 37 Jordan Wilkins: 61 Aaron Jones: 42 Alvin Kamara: 24 Mark Ingram: 53 Christian McCaffrey: 20 Ezekial Elliot: 33 Saquon Barkley: 38 They have not allowed a single run over 20+ yards Stop the run and run the ball folks. It ain’t hard |

Nice game all the way around ,I told you your D would be no match for the Giant line. Jump me if you want but I still think Eli can play that line has him shell shocked!! I honestly believe half your sacks were coverage sacks . Your D was on today ,the Giants seem to have that effect on a team.

Re: Giants Postgame
Absolutely loving our Dline, I was somewhat skeptical about drafting interior Dline in 1st round two in a row but the performance this year show how valuable Dline can be..
Nice to see Doctson making some tough catches in last 2 games, hopefully Alex and he will get better through out time. AP - you guys said it all. I'm also liking Roullier, he made a nice block on the big run play. |

Re: Giants Postgame
Although true we have major passing game issues, the Skins are actually #3 in the NFC in terms of record

Re: Giants Postgame
This team will have a hard time playing 500 ball from here on, unless we get another wr on the field. This performance today will not beat the falcons

Good game, y’all suck. You need a new right side of Oline, a new qb and linebackers. |
