We have had a ton of them, especially in the last 20 years. Just because this numb nutz has had the good grace not to lose his job for several years makes him a top 5 nothing.
There are 17 head coaches in Skins history with a better win loss percentage. Gruden is top 5 in games coached that is about it. He flat out sucks.

I have no anger toward Gruden. I accept he has to go, but he was asked to coach the most dysfunctional team in sports. The front office didn’t support him and in fact often sabotaged him. He had class and for the most part kept the locker room together despite the overwhelming challenges.

And it is worth mentioning that if anyone thinks the team will be better off with the next coach, you haven’t been paying attention to the last twenty years.

I have said numerous times that they can fire whoever they want, but it doesn’t matter because they will just hire other morons. Other morons that will be up against it with this owner. It is a lethal combination. That all being said Gruden is the offense- so as an offensive HC your three most important things to do are hire a good DC, call a good game on offense, and make halftime adjustments if needed. He failed miserably in all three areas, shit franchise or not. He is not HC material.

I think I turned the game on Sirius for about one minute while me and my wife were driving home from lunch. All I heard was Moses getting a holding call. Lol. Man he is fucking terrible.

The Redskins have some decent talent on the defense if they are coached well. Unfortunately Manusky is a poor defensive coach and usually is vanilla and predictable. You see spurts of good play by the defense, but they get worn down when the offense can’t stay in the field!

I’d like to see another DC work that squad and see what talent they really have. Has-beens and over-priced FA like Norman have to go!!

The thing is, i think Dan is aware of the fact that the fanbase hates Allen, but he just doesn't care.

I think we are all overthinking it in terms of what we can do with this or that. Fan demonstrations will be fun and sad, but at the end of the day i don't believe that Dan cares at all. As long as people are in the stadium at all, Dan in his mind is "winning".

I think he cares. He has to care right? At least I hope so. I think the reports that came out last year that suggested he is confused and not sure how to handle it are more accurate. People think he is an excellent businessman but look at his track record he really isn't.

I agree with this, and think BAs "because I am" answer was telling. BA is in self preservation mode and probably trying to shelter DS as much for BAs job security as anything.
