When he lets it fly it takes everything he’s got. Hence the inaccuracy. Honestly dont care if your having fun, just came across as a bad look days after you let the fan base down with a terrible game. Guess in reality what the hell is he gonna do in a week to become a better quarterback….nothing….so drink up. Lol |

Re: 49ERS PRE GAME THREAD
Yea he knows this spotlight is gonna shift .. he might as well enjoy the ride cause his starting days are close to over .. I’m not even sure about him being a backup .. think about it he has been running this offense for several years and still doesn’t see wide open players and forces everything ..I hope I’m wrong but he will get benched at SF

Re: 49ERS PRE GAME THREAD
The only way he's benched is if he really craps the bed and I don't see Turner allowing that. They don't let him throw that much

Re: 49ERS PRE GAME THREAD
You can thank Turner for that, so many chances to score from within the 10 but he decides to pass instead and fail.

Re: 49ERS PRE GAME THREAD
You can't hide your QB going against this type of defense. We are not going to be able to run these guys over. Going to need to pass the ball. Have to hit some big plays in the passing game.

Re: 49ERS PRE GAME THREAD
My theory is, you use BRob, Gibson and Williams and keep pounding the ball. All 3 are physical runners and it will takes it's toll on the LB's, pass when you can.

I do wish that people here would get off Taylor's case. We all know his ceiling is career back up and why. He's done well as a back up and we're still in the race, so he has done as much as we have a right to expect of him. Also, TH isn't the one who puts himself in the lineup. Ron should know that Taylor has done his job and that it is now time for Wentz to start. We'll need Wentz to go anywhere in the playoffs (if we get there) so it's time for Wentz, not TH, to step up, stop playing like he's scared, and get the f***ing job done. Wentz ought to be starting this game.
