RGIII is truly in a no win situation with some fans..how about the blown coverage again in the skins secondary..the eagles converted 3rd and a mile several times..yet RGIII sucked?? I WATCHED THE DANG GAME ..RGIII PLAYED VERY WELL THANK YOU!!

Did I say he sucked?

Andrea Roberts has just been a bust of a FA signing

Reminds me a lot of Jabar Gaffney.

lol not so much that Gaffney was a bust. I liked Gaffney, but there was no way he should've been our #1 back when he was playing. He was slow and had we had a true #1 receiver that year, would've been playing #3 or #4 in the depth chart.

Roberts reminds me of that, because he too is somewhat slow (getting caught from behind by Rodgers-Cromartie in the Giants game), his hands are a little suspect and came in here wanting to be a #1 or at least a #2 but obviously doesn't deserve that.

That said, I guess we COULD be doing worse.

Much more effective with RG3 in there than any other QB.
His ability to alter his route to the ball is the best I have ever seen. I'm sure there are better throughout history, but I can't remember them.

Yes! He's been attending to what he ignored before: footwork, timing, playing within the offense.

The results of his changed attitude are not yet all that apparent but the fact that he changed his attitude is huge.

Re: RG3 and Gruden?

He had an average game to me. Very conservative play calling. The long ones to Jackson were nice. And Roberts wtf dude? Gotta help your QB on 3rd and long. He seriously sucks. Numerous drops this year. Great pick there Bruce! But I guess this is the kind of game Griffin has to run right now, hit a few, manage the game and try not to turn it over. He had a bad int and almost another that was dropped. Not sure this is what we should be expecting from the 2nd pick in the draft, a game manager, but right now it is what it is.

I don't care who the QB is, they are going to be a game manager with those line problems and that defense.

We just don't have the luxury of being aggressive.

I agree...especially with the o-line part.

I thought Griffin read thru progressions much better yesterday.

With a better o-line, that will only improve.
