Re: RG3 and Gruden?
He did have the key return giving the team excellent field position on the final drive.

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
I would say Roberts has much improved the return game from the mix and match we had last year, but for what he is being paid I would expect Jacoby Jones numbers.

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
If we were to fire Gruden, it appears that we could not get David Shaw, who seems happy at Stanford.

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
I'm all in for Griffin in 2015. I've complained and bitched and have said the opposite before, but I'm all in. He has gone thru a lot the first 3 seasons, a lot of it his own fault, but we need the continuity. Lets fix the offensive line (please please fix that dumpster fire), and see how much improvement he can make. I'd rather risk burning 1 more season, then using our first pick on a qb and starting over again. Use that pick to fix the line or secondary. So even if Griffin doesn't work out, we have an elite young o-linemen, safety, or corner going forward.
I'm in for Gruden too, but I hope him and Griffin can basically squash this year and start fresh again next year. And hopefully they both learned that mistakes were made on both sides, and they are both Redskins with 1 goal in mind. And I know this has nothing to do with this thread, but I fucki*g love Trent Williams. What a hog, he needs to be a life long Redskin! He has played beat to shit all year, and hasn't played to his typical pro bowl type level because of it, but he shows up every week ready to go to fight with his teammates. He is the epitome of leading by example. Shout out to Kerrigan too, he looks like he is getting towards being that elite type pass rusher that every team needs.

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
How much are the Cardinals paying Bowles? Lets see them and raise them and bring him back to D.C. to be our defensive coordinator. That would be awesome. And he would easily be by choice of our next Head Coach too if Gruden were gone. (He won't be, just hypothetical)

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
I really like hearing this from Mike Shanahan:
Shanahan said Griffin, whom the Redskins drafted second overall in 2012, could be a franchise quarterback. "He has that ability," Shanahan said. "He's in charge of that himself, though. It takes a lot of work, a lot of studying. ... He can be as good as he wants to be. But he has to make a commitment in that film room like he's never done before." There you have it, Robert. It's up to you. Make it happen!

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
The past 2 weeks highlighted why I got frustrated with Gruden. Granted, Griffin looked like garbage vs. Tampa and indecisive all year but that's part of your job is to actively develop the QB not try to get some meaningless wins in a lost season with Colt McCoy.
Granted maybe the benching gave Griffin some necessary humbling and perspective but the drama & circus around it is so tiresome. All that being said, if he's committed to developing a starting QB and designing an offense to make him (whomever it is) successful and a winner then I'm fine with Gruden hanging around. As for Griffin's side of things, he needs to spend less time in the weight room (all of the endorsement/social media stuff doesn't bother me) and more time in the classroom. I'd love it if we brought in a older veteran (like the Colts did with Hasselbeck) to be a true mentor on those things for him. Either way and especially if Cousins is still here, training camp should be a true competition and consider all aspects in naming a starter. Nothing given, all earned.

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
when did it become so popular off of here to call us a dumpster fire? Even in this Philly article.
