Where do you get low risk from? They guy has had off the field issues since college. He obviously can't do what he's supposed to. Last type of person we need on the team and in the locker room.

Let Dallas sign him. Dez needs someone else to hang out with on the weekends and have a family slap-fest.

I'll actually be more surprised if he doesn't go somewhere else.
that's hard to believe that they'd let that type of production and brady's favorite target leave. i could see if his numbers were tailing off...

From everything I am reading, the draft is deep at the safety position.
I'm normally against this type of signing but I wouldn't mind Woodson coming here at all, just as long as we draft a guy that's waiting in the wings. He'd be a perfect short term solution at safety.

Re: 2013 Free Agents

So my question is, of the players listed below, who do you think will not be resigned?

I think we will not resign Cooley, Tanard Jackson, Bryan Kehl, Madieu Williams and Banks will not be resigned for sure.

Unrestricted: Linebacker Lorenzo Alexander, tackle Jordan Black, tight end Chris Cooley, tight end Fred Davis, defensive end Kedric Golston, cornerback Cedric Griffin, safety Tanard Jackson, linebacker Bryan Kehl, guard Kory Lichtensteiger, tackle Tyler Polumbus, punter Sav Rocca, safety Madieu Williams and linebacker Chris Wilson.

Restricted: Nose tackle Chris Baker, return man Brandon Banks, linebacker Rob Jackson, tight end Logan Paulsen, long-snapper Nick Sundberg, fullback Darrel Young.

I'd let these guys walk: Cooley, T. Jackson, Kehl, M. Williams, Banks, Black, Golston, Lichtensteiger.

Re: 2013 Free Agents

Its hard to believe Cooley could only get one reception with all the time he had on the field.

No I don't want to, but since we're tight against the cap I don't think it's out of the question.

Do you pay Lichtensteiger a couple of million per year or do you go the next man up route and plug in your 3rd rounder from last year?

Who else do we have at guard? Hurt can play guard or tackle, and we also drafted Gettis last year.

They were using him as a decoy!

I'm glad he got that one catch at least. I was still surprised they didn't at least use him in the RZ.

Heres a name that is reportedly on our radar; CB Greg Toler of the AZ Cardinals. He's a local kid.

I get low risk from paying him very low to one year, and if he acts up snip goodbye= low risk. possible speed back thats a threat to added to this O = high reward. Thats my math on that.

Re: 2013 Free Agents

I have a buddy who swears he get inside info, and he says Mike Mitchell, Keenan lewis, Greg Toler and Chris Clemons are guys the Redskins are targeting for thier secondary. He says they liken Mitchell to Ryan Clark, but their top target would be Clemons. He has been right before, but he could just be guessing like the rest of us.
