We turn the #10 pick into a 3rd, a 4th, and a couple of 5ths. How is that a B-? We gained back the 3 & 4 from the McNabb and Brown trades!! I say we get an A+ for the player we now know as the hyphenated name of "Trade Back"! No, "Trade further Back"!

I go with a Solid B Pushing a B+ just cuz we picked up so many draft picks and we have been methodical this year and it aint over yet.

We should of drafted the best players available. I'll guarantee you that Cameron Jordan will make a prowbowl before Ryan Kerrigan.

Our second round pick addressed a need. He may not be the highest rated player, but the coaches/management must have absolutely fallen in love with him. Bowers had a fun time getting all those sacks didn't he? Well somebody was causing pressure up the middle.

Our third round pick was probably the biggest steal of the third round. I'm in shock we actually took Hankerson here, it just doesn't seem real. I compare him and Julio Jones and wonder what makes them so different aside from less physicality from Leonard?

Ah young grasshopper, you forget you are talking about the Redskins!!!!! So far we have done very well, but most of our picks are yet to come. Crazy things can happen on Sat night.

Re: 2011 Draft Thread Rounds 2-3

Lol, we pulled a reverse Falcon. The Falcons wanted a reciever so they used 5 draft picks to select Julio Jones. Redskins also wanted a reciever so they traded back 5 million times and got Leonard Hankerson.

I'm calling it now, Hankerson will be just as productive as Jones. Actually probably more productive as Hankerson doesn't have durability concerns.

I agree.

A) Kerrigan may be a difference maker
B) Maybe one of our later picks will be a diamond in the rough
C) There's always free agency, perhaps
D) Given our gajillion needs, getting able bodies this year might be more important than adding difference makers, who might need to wait for later

Or if they don't turn into stud receivers they become great returners as consolation prizes (think Roscoe Parish and Devin Thomas).

^ Jordan and Kerrigan are both about the same as far as prospects. Kerrigans heart and motor got him drafted and thats a good thing. Could be worse my man

Re: 2011 Draft Thread Rounds 2-3

I'm noticing some common traits among our picks, things like high character guys, 4 year players not one year wonders, hard workers/high work ethic.
