Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Just a general overall question, but how do people feel about smoke breaks?
I know a few people here that easily take 1-2 hours a day smoking. If I wanted to play a video game for that amount of time, I bet I'd be scoffed at.

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
it's actually one of the reasons i started smoking. i was waiting tables, all the smokers got 5 minute breaks here and there. when i wanted a 5 minute break to get some fresh air, i was told no. i went out and held a lit cigarette, bad news. when i worked in dc, although i was still smoking, i would only smoke during my lunch hour. i don't smoke anymore

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Some smokers in my office are totally out of control. Generally though I think management does a good job of policing it, but the problem is some of the biggest offenders are managers.

Matty, definitely noticed that at my last job. I mean what do you say considering it's something that's widely accepted in the workplace?

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
The fact that ESPN First Take talks about the same shit in 6 out of 10 topics everyday, and of course Skip Bayless.

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
OH, my new one:
"GIANTS FANS. YOUR TEAM JUST WON THE SUPER BOWL!" It's been over a month. I think I'd even be sick of this commercial if it was the Skins.
