Funny someone brouht up fishing because now Obama wants to take that over too. I have a big FU to Obama on that. Its not enough they regulate the ocean now the federal goverment want to manage every river lake a stream. So when they decide that a fish is endangered they can say no more fishing and its done. States will loose their rights to regulate the waters up to three miles out as they do now. Which works just fine.

the hopeful pro side to that is that there will be an influx of fed money to help pay for regulations and sanctuaries. my state fishing license money once a year cant support all that is needed.

You have to understand, when your goal is not to just take over America but the world it includes taking over the fishing industry. Then again, the new regulation proposals could just be geared towards commercial fishers.

Anyone get the feeling the Dems are out to just piss everyone off? Do they think all the votes are with the health and nature people?

I've figured out the whole health plan issue.... they wanted to visit the same strip clubs but wanted all the women to be clean prior to them visiting. some of the girls don't have health coverage.

Prepare yourselves folks. There are people out their with nothing to do and want to make a name for themselves. First cigaretts. Now health care. Soon to be soft drinks. I can only hope that when they screw with my cola shortly behind will be coffie and alcohol. Soda makes kids fat. How about monitering what your kids drink as a parent. Oh wait that would require actually being a parent.

What's funnier is they talk about soda in schools. I can't vouch for all schools but the high schools in Stafford VA do have soda machines that are turned off during the day time so kids don't have access to them. I know the Federal Gov. has commented in regards to this and I thought all schools in VA can't sell soda to kids during school hours. I don't have a problem with this.

What I find funny is take all the soda machines out of the school completely and you will see the kids bringing them with them. They already are bringing the Amp, and Monster drinks with them. I see kids packing soda cans in their lunches they bring. It may be cold but it beats water, milk and juice.

How about the Feds just make sure the law is not broken and stay out of my health care and religion? Oh religion. I can't wait till the Feds start takling that issue.

They did take the soda machines out of schools , in LA . The result = kids selling soda's that they brought from home , and the schools couldn't fund all of the after school programs < paid for from money made off soda machines > . Coffee / caffiene will be next , so will flour products at some point in time .

The feds lending them money is fine and we did that through TARP. The feds lending them money to lend to students is not fine. It is total horse shit to give them money at fed rate and then having them lend it to just students at 2%.

the same way the do with oyster beds. they declare an area as a sanctuary so that you cant fish/drag your rake down there.

to my understanding, the same muddy flats that oysters like, soft shell crabs also go to molt. they want to presevre these areas so that the soft shell crab and oysters dont get disturbed.
