Its all really opinion based, so im not sure about flaws? Only time will tell , i think we all agree that we hope this post is wrong - and if it is how soon until we realize. There is only one thing that is going to make this post "flawed". Wins.

Robert Griffin III, QB for the Washington Redskins at NFL.com

He's pretty slender by NFL standards.
He weighed in at the combine at 223

As a father there is no way that could objectively judge my own sons if they worked for me.

But beyond the nepotism Shanahan owns the following blunders: McNubb trade, I "stake my reputation" on Beck/Grossman and the failure to address the offensive line and secondary.

It is truly mind boggling how many ex-Redskins go to other teams and then perform at a higher level. Chris Clemons at Seatle being the latest example with his 4 sack game, granted he bounced from the Skins to Oakland, to Philly, to finally Seatle, but seems this is a consistent story line. In my mind it is a symptom of an overall organizational/culture problem within the franchise.

Been a fan of this team for a long time, and that loyalty is not going to change, I guess the biggest problem are the childhood memories of when this team was good, and now twenty years of suck. My biggest hope is that RG3 is able to turn this franchise around.

I am becoming very sceptical that Shanahan is the one to guide this team and RG3. I think they way they are using RG3 is very reckless and will cost the franchise long term, they need to let him, throw the damn football! The kid is a phenomenal talent and it is going to be a bitter pill of the Shananigan duo, messes him up trying to win a couple more games on a season in which it is obvious that this team is no where near being ready to contend for a division title or the playoffs. I almost cringe at thinking what is going to happen when the likes of Dallas, NY, and Philly defenses t-off on RG3 with the incredibly porous o-line. Rant off.
Clemons is a late bloomer.

Philly and Oakland also gave up on him so...

You guys are debating with a dude who wants players in the Al Davis mold (aka..fast), yet wants to bring in Plaxico. Think about that for a second.

The whole al davis fast wr thing is funny. Hell it was the 49ers who bought in renaldo nee- a - my -a (couldnt remember the spelling). Its almost as if now fast equals cant cAtch in peoples minds. All the great players teams and things that guy did until his later years but the first thing people think about when u mention davis is fast receivers that couldnt catch. Lol. As for plax - hes probably still a solid redzone target but i dont know if i consider scoring a thing that needs to be fixed rite now.

Wow. Ouch, though I agree with fining profanity to refs, players should get called on it more often too, IMO.

Partially joking: Now can we start fining refs for some of the bad calls? Not just this season. Whoever called a penalty last season on Fletcher for hitting Brady when he wasn't even down, imaginary helmet contact at that, needs to lose that game check.

Yeah I don't really acknowledge most of the things he post's because I think he's being sarcastic. Can't really tell at this point.

Offense is being run the way the coaches want to run it. If you disagree with this, and think it should change.. Well, it doesn't really matter because while you're sitting at home eating dorrito's and posting on a forum board how it should be done. Kyle and Mike are sitting in a office going over game plans and getting the checks.

I agree with the way the offense is going. RG3 Needs to be mobile to be successful at this moment. It could change in the future, but i'm not going to argue with a coaching staff that is putting up the NFL's most points, and a crap load of yards per game.

Iv'e actually only seen RG3 take maybe 2-3 REAL hits this season. The others are just tackles, and brush offs. I mean, like he said.. This is football right? You guys are to candy coated from the care bears that have put the QB position as some sacred non-hittable athlete on the field.

I remember watching 10 years ago, and I didn't see coaches going "Okay, how can we make sure that Cunningham doesn't get hit more"..

He's our best weapon.. We need to use him the best way possible. If defenses know he's not going to run because we are scared he's going to get hurt. Then what's the point of having a weapon like that?

Fans are funny..

Well just because we arent coaches doesnt mean we have to agree with what they do or the decisions they make. If your reason for saying that they are doing the rite thing is simply because they are coaches than i guess jim zorn and every other coach that has ever worked for every other team has done things the rite way. I happen to like the direction of the offense because we are scoring, but that doesnt mean others cant disagree.
