Then three years down the line, he wonders why he isn't playing football anymore....

and we officially wasted yet another top 10 pick, HOORAY!

That's like saying we should bring in Cooper Manning at QB because both of his brothers won SBs.

I don't see how the playbook that his brother studied helps LaRon.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out LL. PEEAACCE!!!

Odds at 2:1 that he doesn't play the full season.

He probably gets injured after getting trucked by Gronkowski or being burnt by Brandon Lloyd.

O I was just saying his bro played under Rex so maybe that had some influence

Re: 2012 NFL Free Agency Tracker

I'm disappointed that Landry didn't work out for us but it was obviously time for both to walk away..

I would be surprise if Landry doesn't do well with Jets, barring injuries. Rex Ryan will utilize Landry to his skills, Rex always have been good with utilizing players to their skills. Looking forward to seeing what Landry do this season.

Re: 2012 NFL Free Agency Tracker

Will there be a compensatory pick coming for LL or does the fact we didn't nesc want anymore negate that?

No I like to think when Taylor was here they were the perfect match. After Taylor it seemed Landry never played the same. I'm not sure if Taylor picked up where Landry left off and after Taylor was gone there was no one to pick up after him but he seemed to go down hill.

I also think the fact he kept trying to get bigger and bigger to me seemed to slow him down more and more. So him not being all that great at pass coverage made him worse when he got bigger and bigger slowing down more and more.

More sacks than INT's throughout his career as a "safety". See you later. It was fun playing with you on Madden.

Disagree a little bit. First, we played him outta position as free and then he's been injured for 2 years when we moved him back. Bust maybe, but things sometimes dont work out. I personally felt we coulda offered something like the jets did for a year. Not as mad as when we let Carlos walk, but hey that horse has been beaten enough.

This. I also think that when Jacobs bowled him over he took an ego shot he never really recovered from
