Ok this source might not be as legit as foxsports but nevertheless it is a site claiming that they have sources that indicate TO and Dallas have reached an agreement

i just think that signing him is funny cuz this IS the same TO who pissed off a lot of cowgirl fans six years ago....when he celebrated two touchdowns on the midfield star at Texas Stadium

I'll bet Drew Rosenhaus is denying this because TO has not actually signed and is still seeing if another team wants to ante up before the "official" signing. Anither thing, maybe there's an agreement that some particular source gets to break the news so everyone is told to deny until Journalist X reports the breaking news.
As for dallas fans, sports fans in general seem to have pretty short memories when comes to liking or disliking a player for past transgressions. I remeber how upset I got when we signed Alvin Harper; three months later I was like "oh well."
