Your Right. After learning about 8 or 9 different kinds of defensives. I think he just wanted to do what he knows best FIND THE BALL AND TACKLE. Remember the playoff run in 05 he had some big plays down the stretch.

I'm sure he was very upset, and I'm sure there are probably a lot of players who would not be able to bite their tongues when they leave a situation like that. Imgaine if you busted your ass for a company for six years, were known as a key guy in the company, then a new boss comes along, and they just fire you. Would you be able to walk away and just bite your tongue? I know for a fact I wouldn't!!!!!
If he wants to come in for a low price, I'd really like to have him back. This is unlikely, but he's man, he should be able to sit down like a man and have a talk with Gibbs and Williams and so they can tell him exactly what his role will be on the team. If anything, I believe that most of the players would like to have him back, and he'll bring a swagger to our defense that was missing last year.
They don't want to hear this ..many fans at Fedex do though...

Re: Crazy Lavar Rumor!

This is about a month old. I really really hate talking about Lavar in excess, but I guess there is not much else to talk about since we're not going crazy in the free agency this year.

"I have to decide if playing football is in my head or in my heart," Arrington said. "If it's in my heart, I'll come back for an attractive situation. If it's in my head, I'm done. I have a few other options for my life outside football. I'm not going to say I'm Tiki Barber, but I'm not chopped meat...If this is the end, I'm glad the Giants gave me a chance to prove myself. I'm just disappointed things didn't work out for all of us."

From : Lavar Arrington: 'I May Just Retire' | NFL Blog - The FanHouse

In my opinion he should just retire... but if he is healthy, I guess he'd be an okay special teamer.

Re: Crazy Lavar Rumor!

its not the skins fault that he didnt read his contract before he signed it. Its lavar fault and his agents. The skins didnt screw lavar. Everyone loves Lavar but he never lived up to the hype. His best years were with Marty and Lewis the other year were ok. Love to have him back at the min.
