I meant to respond to this a while back, and I totally forgot. Anyhow, don't make assumptions about who ESPN does or does not invite. Sometimes things can't go exactly as scheduled so it may look suspicious, but both have been in ESPN's plans for a while now (along with the potential first ladies)

I do have a question, when did that air? I watch sportscenter every day, and I didn't see that. I saw the obama stuff I think it was 3 days in a row, but it was at least 2 days.

It's a reaction to the tons of crap that has been slung. If you noticed, I do agree the comment is an overreaction from the right. You can't throw crap for this many years and expect the right to just sit there.

I'm highly suspicious when anyone has blind faith in the right OR the left. The hypocrisy and immaturity on both sides seems so blatant to me, I don't see how anyone can stick their neck out and not see the massive flaws in both.

Most of these people can't even be controlled by the party leaders in any real way.

Bloggers sit behind a computer and throw bombs all day long. Think Obama or McCain can stop it? I doubt it.

Every major politician has at least 4 or 5 senior advisors. Think those people just fall in line when a party leader says to do something? No. They are looking out for their own ass first then thier boss's and then maybe the party.

All this crap has to end up in someone's lap. That's why even though Obama hasn't been the one out there throwing bombs about Palin it ends in his lap. Same for McCain.

It really serves to highlight that, when all is said and done, all the anger, vitriol and hate is directed at one guy who's probably not really responsible for it anyway.

It's a widespread system or machine, not one lone guy. That's why I maintain that the best thing for this country to do as a whole is put a lot more focus on the legislative and judicial branches than the executive branch.

The executive branch so often gets reduced and simplified to one man. This country is about a LOT more than one guy sitting in the Oval Office.
