It will be interesting to see how this unfolds. Clearly they have/had no faith or intention on keeping JC around at all, now its clear to all why he had no contract extension. He was never in the long or even short term plan, after last seasons finally.

Can they work together this season, it's anyone's guess....?

Seems like the Redskins management has little faith in Jason Campbell and I don't think you've seen the end of this saga yet.

So glad it was the Bears that got him. I was never a fan of the move to begin with.

The Bears were the last team I expected to be able to pull this off. I mean in the past Jerry Angelo has proven himself time and time again to be cheap. Never would have guessed this would happen.

qb is cheap this year unless they redo his contract.. trade away high draft picks so that you don't have to pay them, kinda evens out hah

No not that. Though I guess that was part of the appeal to a guy like Angelo. I meant like cheap in all areas including paying draft picks and paying money in exchange for players.

You know this might be secretly good for Skins, if Sanchez drops to 13 Broncos might try and trade up from 18 to get him as their QB of the future...

he said that if he's not traded he's still ready to be our QB of the future, so if that's his final answer we're okay this year I guess

I think that he probably still has the support of zorn and plenty of other players, but he definitely has to have a bitter taste in his mouth concerning the top brass in the organization..

why is it that all of these guys say they want to stay in DC?

I didn't believe it was going to happen, but the Bears GM stepped up and answered my call for someone to save Snyder from himself!

Re: It's Over: Cutler Going to Chicago

Jason Campbell is our starter, right now. No, we're not going to draft a QB. But this is going to be a very interesting season. Clearly, Campbell has incentive to leave now at the end of the year.
