I'm using definition #1 to explain what I meant about being a "system QB". I figured I needed some sort of source to define what I meant when you make a comment like "isn't every QB a system QB".

As far as Tebow or Bradford, I wouldn't draft Tebow and haven't done enough homework on Bradford to make a statement, although both are FAR, FAR, more talented than Brennan.

Chang never made an NFL regular season roster and only made NFL Europe for 1 season. He played two years in the CFL and had only a single incompletion in one of them. He has since been released....Thanks for playing.
