Wow, the Chargers are playing like when you play against the computer in Madden and there's not effing way you are going to stop them. Insane. I had them dead in the water by half time.

Champ Bailey, wish you were still here, but since you aren't, way to beat your former arch rival!

Re: Around the NFL week 4

This Minnesota Favre's v. Green Bay Packers game is pretty good so far.

I love how when Aaron Rodgers fumbled Mike whatshisname' from the booth was like," Rodgers fumbled, Favre on the field when we come back!"

I mean seriously it's a pro football contest, not just a one man vs. one team game. I get it really. It's Favre! On the field! Against the team he devoted 16 gun slinging seasons to! The Packers! Without Favre! Because he's on their hated rival! The Vikings! Oooh revenge!

Lol @ the announcer saying that surreal moment has arrived. Gosh this pressure is so intense i'm about to orgasm from all it! Ooh great 7 yard gain by Peterson! It was so Favre-like!

I always think that the media makes far more out of this stuff than the players. This game has a lot of hype top live up to. So far so good though.

Favre is having a sick game tonight, he knows this offense as well as anyone. That said, his line is giving him ridiculous amounts of time

I picked up the game at 7-7 and watched until halftime. I didn't see any plays where he was camping out in the pocket like Brady. Instead, I saw a guy throwing a lot of screens and short passes followed by 100MPH heaters downfield on a rope. The ball was coming out ridiculously quick, so the O line didn't look like it had to do all that much. And that TD pass to Rice was all Favre. He's ballin'!

Aaron Rodgers = Marc Bulger

I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but it's true.

They showed one counter, Favre had 7.34 seconds of protection on one crucial play. That's a ton of time.

Hmmm...Why is he not giving the o-line any credit? They are doing a helluva job. He hasn't been sacked all night if I am not mistaken. Favre is a Hall of Famer. But the line is protecting him. On the other hand Rodgers has been sacked 7 times...

Re: Around the NFL week 4

Jon Gruden has totally hijacked this broadcast with his love essays to Brett Favre. My goodness. This broadcast is a Favre lovefest of epic proportions, dominated by Gruden's undying mancrush.

I've heard Gruden praising Rodgers a lot tonight for hanging in there with such little protection
