Re: Updated: Colt Cut
They have Marc Bulger and Troy Smith. Bulger gives them experience Smith gives them a different type of QB. Therefore Beck is expendable. Not saying that Beck is a world beater but just because the Ravens were willing to trade him doesn't make him a dud.

Re: Updated: Colt Cut
All the true Cult of Colt diehards around here need to man up and issue some mea cuplas. This guy has been fringe roster material at best since day 1. Adios Hawaii 5-0. Go be somebody else's Jesus.

Let's put to rest the cult of Colt...and hope that the OL holds up and DMac stays off of the injury list.
Best wishes to Colt 'Pineapple Jesus' Brennan

Re: Updated: Colt Cut
Not surprised. For one thing, if we didn't draft him, he probably would have gone undrafted. Everybody in the NFL saw something they didn't like, except Cerrato, who took the big gamble that the kid could be another Brady. Brennan's awful performance against Georgia in the Sugar Bowl that year should have been enough to show us to stay away. Zorn didn't wreck Brennan at all since he never started. Ramsey was destroyed by a FO that didn't have the common sense to rebuild a rather weak OL.

Re: Updated: Colt Cut
He was so upset at the news that he threw his playbook at Shanny. Of course, he threw it off his back foot so it was low and in the dirt.
As he was exiting the building, however, I heard that Colt made a very athletic move. Unfortunately, he still couldn't avoid the door hitting him in the ass.

Ever since Rick Ocirik from the Cars married Paulina Poriskova I have held out hope that I could marry a hot E European babe someday. That guy looked like a frigging corpse.

Re: Updated: Colt Cut
It's time to take the Jesus mask off my pineapple and put the pineapple in my 'Skins Fans Memories Box, next to the screencap I printed out of Marcus Mason leading the league in rushing yards in preseason and next to the dutch I named Doug.
I'll be putting my Skins car flag at half-mast today too. But you know what they say, cults are dangerous. And even though a Cult of Colt may sound fun, in the end, it's still a cult. |

NOOOOOO, WHHHYYYYYY?
It's about damn time. I admit that I was high on him comming out of college and after his first preseason, but he obviously did not pan out the way that I thought he would. I had fallen off his wagon once he hit IR last year. In the end I am a Redskins fan and not a players fan. Last edited by KLHJ2; 08-03-2010 at 06:41 AM. |
