re: Randy Moss Waived (claimed by Titans)
What makes us think he'll buy into what we're doing here in DC?
I absolutely would love having Moss here, but seriously... this won't work. The guy is a head case and a half. Every impulse says, "LETS GET THIS DUDE, OMG, WTF?? LOL" but every rational thought says, "Rob.... stop playing madden with Moss as a redskin on rookie difficulty, and know that Moss won't mesh with Shanahan"

This news from Mort Report might throw went blanket on R. Moss talk:
This, from Mort, will end Moss talk: mortreport3:29pm via TweetDeck Any claiming team would be on hook for balance of Moss' $6.4 million base salary - 9 checks left to be paid or Vikings owe balance.

re: Randy Moss Waived (claimed by Titans)
Ok here is the list in order from worst to us:
Buffalo Bills Carolina Panthers Dallas Cowboys Denver Broncos San Francisco Cincinnati Bengals Cleveland Browns Detroit Lions Minnesota Vikings San Diego Chargers Arizona Cardinals *Jacksonville Jaguars *Oakland Raiders *St. Louis Rams *Washington Redskins * all 4-4, we lost to the rams, so I would think our claim would be first right? So. With that, I think the main claims would be Carolina, but they just got Devin Thomas so they set! (LOL) Cleveland and Oakland (are they a spiteful group? ) I guess I don't see him getting to us |

I think San Fran or St Louis would probably put in claims

Wouldn't it be something if two weeks from now on Monday night we're lining up against the Eagles with Randy Moss and Shawne Merriman on our roster?

re: Randy Moss Waived (claimed by Titans)
I don't think SanFran does, they have Crabtree with high dollars, and a few other decent receivers. I think they question their qb, not their receivers.
St Louis yes, but since they beat us and we have the same record, wouldn't our claim be ahead of theirs? |

49ers don't need him and Singletary would probably pass on him. I could see the Chargers doing something to piss off VJ.

I dont know if its been posted, but here is the rant at the presser by Moss...it was pretty wierd and this was probably the reason why he was cut.

re: Randy Moss Waived (claimed by Titans)
I say bring him in. Even if it's just for this one season. We all know some overhauling will be done on the offense at the end of the season, we're probably looking at bringing in some new o-line players, Portis will probably be gone, our wideout depth needs to be better. He can finish the season here, hopefully reup his market value and go out in the offseason into free agency. We could definitely use his presence this season.
