Bummer! That's his second one, he had his 1st one in the 80's. The company I worked for back then saved his life, they injected him with our miracle drug (TPA) in the emergency room. I'm sure they used again,I hope he recovers quickly. How ironic his pupil Harbaugh is also having minor heart issues.

They most likely served him the alcohol since they were the same people to let him thru the gate. They are responsible for him at that point. That will be the argument. But, lets wait and see. I could be wrong...

Yeah. They'll be sued and they may settle to avoid publicity or for any number of reasons unrelated to being legally liable.
My take is, he likely broke the rules by being intoxicated and being disruptive and the Bills were well within their rights to kick him out. (Read the back of your ticket at the next game you go to - all the tiny print says, essentially, "I'll be good and, if I am not, you can kick me out.")
