If you want to go by QB hurries instead of by Sacks, Kerrigan is 15th in the NFL with 20.

Ahead of Khalil Mack, ahead of Fletcher Cox, ahead of Ndamukong Suh, and tied with Everson Griffen.

But kerrigan is supposed to be the engine. So it is like dissecting the engine because all the wiper blades are going to be replaced anyway. Lol
Again, I do not think he is the problem. He is a class act. He is someone i want back. I do expect or want more consistent play out of him. Plus are we really going to have a discussion about ziggy hood???

Mack's sacks are down this year but he also forces more fumbles than RK does. Sacks shouldn't be the be-all/end-all argument though, Mack also has 61 tackles which suggests he's a better run defender (although I think RK's lack of tackles is mostly because outside of Baker our d-line is mediocre and it allows opposing blockers to get to the second level easier).

I also agree he's not the problem. I don't think he's elite but he is consistent. The only dominant game he's had this year was against the Eagles but even then people were failing to give him cred.

TW, Kouandjio and Sullivan starting on the OL this week. I like Kouanjio, he's been here 2 years and this is his chance to win the job.

I gave him credit that game BUT for beating up a guy starting his first game in the league. My thing with RK is that he is, outside of Norman, our best defensive player. That is a problem. It is and is not a knock on the guy. He is by no means a slouch, but when he is your stud it is an issue. 10 sacks ok. However he does not, by any means, appear to me as a disruptive force on D. You need a full blown code red baller on D. He aint it. So im giving him grief for not being spectacular. Lol. We need spectacular. There are just too many games where he is held at bay and not always by an Anthony Munoz. Lol.

RK doesn't hold a candle to Mack. Indictment on RK? Not really as many people do not. But RK is our Mack. He is our Watt. When RK is your stud that is an issue. Because on a play by play basis he just does not bring it. RK needs a complimentary player to take the heat off him. As a first round pick I just wish he was "that guy". Not that "other guy" who is the compliment. He aint the problem but he aint the solution. End rant.

Always listen to the wife. Even she knows you're bringing nothing but nonsense.
