Agree with this. They're trying to transition to it. The screen game to Thompson is option 1 until Doctson is ready to do it all.

As long as the line is healthy, that is.

The question of whether he can play well without Jackson and Garçon has been answered. Because not only has he played well without them, but he’s played well with an atrocious offensive line now.

And no running game whatsoever. We have one of the top quarterbacks in the game, every other top quarterback is a fixture for the next few years except ours. We will find a way to let him walk. Lol

If they do not find a way to resign him than it is going to get really ugly and possibly for a long time. (See 1991-2012).

Re: On to the Vikings (Pregame)

Talked to a coworker today who is a Minnesota fan.
- He thinks the teams are about even and that this is the kind of game the Vikes "should" win but lose. He called it a "trap" game for them. I pointed out that we aren't a pushover and just beat Seattle in Seattle with essentially a JV line. He acknowledged it and basically said this was legitimately anyone's game.

- Also, apparently REALLY wanted Doctson last year. The fan base still talks about it apparently. Remember, with the next pick they chose Treadwell. He has 15 career catches - without missing games due to injury. Apparently, Treadwell is slow, can't separate and is seen a complete bust.

- Fan base thinks, if they can get KC in free agency, he could take them to the SB.

Teams are so up and down this year, even the mighty Patriots. Only SB contender this year seems to be Philly

Every fanbase in the league who doesn't have a long term solution at quarterback are saying the same thing about Kirk Cousins. When Cousins re-signs with Washington, then the story will be that the Redskins overpaid for a decent, but not franchise-worthy quarterback that will never take the team to a Super Bowl.

.. although 1 TD and 3 FG sounds more plausible for a Case Keenum ran offense.

Per Keim:

Redskins defensive linemen Matt Ioannidis and Arthur Jones were ruled out for Sunday's game. Ioannidis has a broken hand while Jones dislocated his shoulder last week.

Maybe they cut a G or IR jones and promote a DL from the PS?

Every team has injuries, we just have more than anyone else. In the NFL you're only as good as your backups. Vikes are playing w/ Case Keenum.

Believe it or not the 49ers are worse than us in injuries.

i bet we have the worst trainers in the nfl.i know people afr gonna get injured on everyteam, but it seems to me we have more pulled muscles and minor injuries than a;; the other teams in the league.somebody needs to evaluate our trainers and see if they know wtf they are doing.

FFS, are you fuckin telling me people we are signing off the street to replace other injuried starters we are now losing to injuries? Arthur Jones was just signed 10 days ago.

We could Ricky jean Francis...I’d give him a call.
