Not saying he didn't say bomb, but this isn't that big a deal- unless he actually has a bomb. And the LAX TSA have not had the cleanest of records themselves - including criminal activity. TMZ also exaggerated this in the headlines- he "yelled" bomb? The actual statements don't indicate that.

What plane? He's in the security area. He didn't pose a real threat. It's all a power play by the TSA, LAPD, and Smith.

Just on a side note can u imagine the delays and travel frustrations he caused by this for others? Flying these days is usually a terrible experience 50 percent of the time, this guy gets angry over something petty, and ruins the day for probably hundreds.

Inconvenience in the security line if at all? This guy was taken to a security area and not holding anyone up. But you're still taking about inconvenience vs federal crime/terrorist act just because it was at an airport. Just cut the bs.

Good point! If I missed my flight simply because some knobhead felt like being an entitled prick, you could see angry steam escaping from my ears.

All I'm saying is - in the article it only states Aldon Smith mentioned it and it's the TSA agent's word against Smith's unless it was recorded. I'm not saying that Smith doesn't have issues - which is apparent but in this incident he's not gonna get charged with any major crime. At worst, it's probably gonna be disorderly conduct.
