It happens. I'm amazed by how tied up all of you are in this team. I love the redskins too and have visited this website for years and no every single person on the roster, but I don't go ape shit just because Jason Campbell threw 2 interceptions. He brought us back. Thank god he put us in the position in the first place.

I get the feeling that it would have been better if he just sucked the whole game and didn't even bring the team back.

The Redskins are the only sports team I genuinely CARE about. I live and die with this team - if we win, I'm elated for days, if we lose I'm pissed for days. Somewhere around Wednesday or Thursday I switch over and look forward to next week, always thinking we'll win it.

If you don't care if they win or lose, fine. Many of us here have followed the Skins since we were little kids and we live and die with our team every week. My grandfather was a Skins fan, my Dad was a Skins fan, I've been watching the Skins since I was old enough to be propped up in front of the TV.

Yeah, it's great Campbell at least tried and got close, doesn't mean most of us aren't pissed as all get out that our season is effectively finished.

great post...exactly. If this ship is going down, you'll see me in the corner playing the violin cause I'm going down with the team. It's never over til it's over, and I refuse to give up until the very last damn minute!

I was a fan when we won three Super Bowls...I was a fan when we lost 13 games...I will continue to be a fan till the day I die....

100% agreed. Been a fan since 78, been through the great, been through the bad, and been through some ugly...I'll still be here regardless.

I'll be a fan too, but I'll admit that Gibbs 2.0 was a complete failure. I'll admit that ownership of Snyder and his influence has left this team without a plan, and without a future under the current scheme. Sure, I'll keep watching, but the Skins scar tissue will make the remaining losses painless until the Kool Aid drinkers admit that they are wrong and the Gibbs regime this time around needs to go!

Chicago's next week. Do you guys think we actually have a chance against them? Even though we don't have a shot at the playoffs now unless some kinda freak miracle happens? I'm pretty scared of the Vikes too. They spanked the Giants and the Giants are a helluva lot better than we are.

the locker room is going to be great in about 2 hours until the next game. and by locker room i mean ours on this site where we take the games more serious than the players do.

Re: Redskins at Bucs game thread

JC is not responsible for this loss. He is the one bright thing Gibbs and Company have done. The future is with Jason Campbell.
