Nah, that was a team that won without a head coach.

the plan has always been make a splash bring in the best you can and continue to sell tickets.. improve and like in any sport hope the stars align themselves ..football has 45 players..all with a role..you coach em up and play to win. ..we get a decent draw with the schedule this year...that will play as important a role as Jason Campbell proving that he wasn't just another mistake made at QB in Washington Last edited by terpsez11; 03-15-2009 at 10:29 AM. |

I'm a firm believer in trading down. If vinny can swing that like he should, it's a true sign that building through the draft has been adopted. That means giving up the opportunity to draft smith, possibly oher, rey, and Cushing for players we haven't even pondered. It's just the right thing to do. Note: new England has 3 2nds - tell me they won't trade their first and a second to pick up rey, I dare ya.

On the other hand, I stand by my opinions regarding what I see as deficiencies in his skill set. Nevertheless, as a member of the Al Davis "Just win, Baby!" school of football philosophy, I really don't care if he plays well or poorly as long as we win. |

then resign kendall.. sign Derrick Brooks to replace Marcus..I think Heyer will be ready to play opposite Samuels if he is committed to keep improving |

Wait, build thru the draft by trading down and then sign an OLDER player than we just released? I'll let you figure out what's wrong here and get back to me.

players get released for lots of reasons..(like the cap) actually with Washington..and there is talk of bringing his bad ankles and knee problems back..so he can miss some more games Brooks has something left in the tank..he contributed all 16 games last yr |
