Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
Yeah I wouldn't mind a Laich one either, didn't even think about the 21 connection, though I'm not sure that'd sway me any more.

I want to see him take some shots. It's like him and John Carlson switched places.

Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
serriously green is on my shit list, he really needs a wake up call, he just sucks sooo bad in the playoffs it's unreal. i would love to see bood pull green off the pp team, and replace him with carlson, we definitley need a revamp we only have one goal in pp so far this seris which is 1 out of 9 if i'm not mistaken

Varly Varly Varly. Sad to say but I think we're down pretty hard if Theo is in this game right now. Caps just need to figure out Price now.

Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
Too many men should never happen in the NHL. Especially too many men on the ice that are ACTUALLY IN THE PLAY! Come on WTF??

Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
LARGE goal to end the second to tie this nail bitter. Have to stay outta the box in the 3rd.
I like our chances if we do so. GO CAPS!

Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
I think the hockey goal gets me going more then any other type of score in sports. It's just so sudden and especially with the Caps it's greeted very well by the team. In football usually you have an idea of when a TD is coming so you can anticipate it, Soccer the goal is pretty big and even though they have "hockey type goals" you usually have a pretty good idea it's coming. Baseball also has that level of anticipation. Basketball is a scoring in bunches type sport. Hockey is the only sport it seems where so many scores come in a flash and when they happen you can't help but get excited.
It's not that hard. You just need to have a level of flexibility on par with a ballet dancer and a reaction time that pushes the limits of human nature.
