Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Because all the good kickers get locked up to long term extensions and you saw how we faired with the last time we spent a draft pick on a kicker...

Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Hey Fox, how 'bout giving us an update when either GB or Chicago scores?

Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
GTripp didn't realize that he just argued that Gano was just mediocre with his "great on kickoffs, sucks at scoring" argument, similar to his defenses of JC17.

Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Gtripp said we need to return Portis too. That's nothing against Tripp, he's clearly one of the brighter minds here. But I'm not sure either one is necessary.

Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Dave Rayner? Shayne Graham? We cut the former.

Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Not that he is great, but Shayne Graham was available. I'm sure he HAS to be an improvement from Gano.

Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Well I think he was saying bringing Portis as a 3rd down back and at a much lower salary. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, look at the Jets with Jones last year and LT this year.
