Re: Bengals @ Redskins: Lets Break it Down
No one should be surprised Shanny is saying nothing on Garcon. The guy is notorious for running football squads under a veil of secrecy.
My observation was that Garcon originally hurt his foot early in the game on a screen play on the first drive. He sat out a couple of plays before reentering on the next drive. His foot was already hurt on the long td catch and seemed to reagrivate it on that same play. |

Pierre Garcon ‘Doubtful’ To Play In Home Opener Sunday Against Cincinnati - Redskins Journal
I hope Hankerson makes something of this opportunity.

Re: Bengals @ Redskins: Lets Break it Down
If the Redskins are to win this game against Cincinnati, then they most control the time of possession and try to keep the opposing offense off the field much like they did against the NO Saints. Defensively, the Redskins have to get excellent pressure on Andy Dalton and the secondary must man up on those Bengals receivers.

Re: Bengals @ Redskins: Lets Break it Down
Garcon not playing again is bugging me, but nothing we can do. I've heard rumors that Hankerson won the starting role over Robinson from his pass blocking skills and big game last week. I'm excited to see him come out and excel.

Is it confirmed that PG is out again? That blows man because he really is our number 1 WR. Hank and Morgan are both good players too and apparently Robinson is becoming a trusted target as well, even with his drop last week later in that game. My Q is what happened to moss? Guess he's just done?

Mcnabb sounds like an idiot.. Our weak link this season has been defense, and he talks about how strong we are on defense.. LOL.

Now, what a douche-nozzle. He's still issed he couldn't instill more confidence in the staff here than the REAL RG3 (Rex Daniel Grossman III) and then spit in the face of the franchise on the way out. He's awful as a analyst and a bum to boot. Just got crawl in a hole with TO McNoodles and be gone, please.

Yeah was watching that last nite couldn't help but laugh to myself, he dances around the offense. I found it funny when the other annalyst said you know how this offence runs.

To be fair he did pick the skins though, and all that video was setup for it.

Re: Bengals @ Redskins: Lets Break it Down
I caught that as well. I did find the report amusing in it's inaccuracy and more so that it must really chap his ass to speak....positively of the dreaded Skins.
Perhaps he'll be posting those thoughts in our "What grinds my gears" thread?
