Almost forgot...Forbath's field goal was cold as ice!!!!! What a clutch kick for such a young guy...major props to Shanny for taking a chance on a young kid as opposed to another retread.

"This was an embarrassing performance on a big stage for the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day. The 38-31 loss to the Washington Redskins has now put the Cowboys' playoffs hopes in dire straits." |

P.s. - Garcon was a great signing, he is a damn playmaker. Injuries happen, and his one is/was random, but when he plays he produces. The more I drink, the more excited I get about this win. I refrained from drinking all game because it just makes it to stressful. Hail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Kyle called a great game. Best of the year imo. Cedric Griffin played awesome. O - line and Almo. RG-3 of course. Cobra Kai. D did what they had to do for as long as they could. Dez Bryant is a dope but he is good. This wasnt the Eagles but to make them look like that for 3 quqrters in their house was awesome. Good for MS. Had the team ready to go. I still say that presser he took so much heat for lit a fire under all of their asses. Banks was the only problem i had in this game. D-hall played a hell of a game - but should have scored - when he slowed up that ball could have been knocked out. It was a brain fart but he played pretty great. HTTR
Edit : Garcon Moss Morgan and Hank - unreal - especially Garcon. What a catch and run on the long td. |

The answer to the question "Does Garcon make us better when he is on the field?" a resounding Yes!

Re: Skins 38 Cowboys 31 post game thread
Please tell me people just watched Mark Dirty Sanchez run right into his own guy, fumble, and have it ran back for a TD. That is one pathetic team! Jets should offer a 1st round pick to us for Kirk Cousins!
Question: Would you trade RGIII for a team's next 10 years worth full of 1st round picks and it was guaranteed it would be #1 overall every year. (this is vodka and jager talking). My answer is HAIL NO, keep your picks. RGIIII RGIII RGIIII! |

Re: Skins 38 Cowboys 31 post game thread
Can we still fire Kyle? He is totally holding RGIII back and only has a job because of his daddy. Every other team in the league converts a first down on every play they run and we struggle to score 30 points. Unacceptable!

That play so put a little pimple on this otherwise smooth ass victory. Will never understand that non-score. We beat the gints and were 3-1 in the division and there 1-3. Thats the first criteria i believe.

Re: Skins 38 Cowboys 31 post game thread
As long as the Redskins are somewhat successful and Kirk gets into some mopup/week 17 garbage games, we could easily get some high draft picks for him. Happens all the time.

I thought that Hall not running it in showed restraint. A quality he has lacked in the past. For that reason I liked it a lot!

Hated rival. Stick it up their asses. A true Redskin would understand that. Other than than, no complaints. Nice win!

Re: Skins 38 Cowboys 31 post game thread
Great win with family all around. Looking back, i'll always remember this game, the Eagles game we won to make the playoffs as Sean Taylor takes a fumble into the end zone, and Cowboys Sunday/Monday night with Santa "Cowboy Killer" Moss.
This is Shanahan's first signature win! |
