I know a lot of people were skeptical about that signing in the first place. Looks like they were right.

Yeah, F&*k that guy man. Breeland already passed him, Biggers is past him. That was a waste of 3 million that could have gone elsewhere.

I agree...Baker always looked like a good NT....stocky, low center of gravity, good quickness.

That news also means we see more Jenkins & Geathers as well at DE.

It doesn't matter who starts at RT as long as 10 keeps reacting late, keeps back pedaling and keeps rolling right. Polumbus may not be all world, but his QB doesn't do him any favors.

Geathers beasted during preseason. Should be interesting to see how he does against first stringers.

Re: Skins vs Jags Pregame Style

Until I saw a headline this morning, I wasn't aware that we have lost nine games in a row dating back to last season. Damn, we suck and I didn't even realize it! I must have forgotten on purpose by subconsciously pushing that fact back into the dark recesses of my mind. No wonder I was so pissed off when we lost to Houston in 2013 fashion!

If we lose consecutive games to Houston and Jacksonville, I'll have to start wondering which teams, if any, we can beat. These two games to open the season were practically a gift from the NFL schedulers. Our early season schedule couldn't have been any easier.

Well, pondering these facts certainly changed my mind about the importance of the Jaguars game. All of a sudden, I'm thinking this a must win game.

It is a must win if you have any expectations for the season, I think. Having said that, I think the giants and cowboys are weak, and Philly far from invincible. Weak division means opportunities. But good teams beat the weak ones consistently and it has been a long time since we did that. Like 1991. Still, I do think we win this one. At least we know the team won't take this lightly.

Here. Could have used that money and cut Chester, his savings and gotten a decent tackle or guard.

I think they do as well, but it's not as good as the Texans' defense and we drove on them well enough to win. Johnathan Cyprien being out the whole game will really help.

As for our NT, I'm not too worried because that's Baker's natural position. I do wonder how well Jenkins will do starting the whole game at end, as well as how tired our defensive line as a whole is late. Hopefully Golston can play, or at least whichever is active of Geathers and Kearse plays okay. We need to win the time of possession battle to win the war, IMO. Keeping the defense fresh, especially the line, is key.

Are you suggesting that they spend all their time jag-ing off?
