Re: Redskins vs. Seahawks Pregame Thread

Really is a big test of Gruden's coaching. Devastating loss, 10 days to use as he decides, prep for another big game. I know we are the underdogs, but it's at home, and Seattle is making the cross country trip, and they aren't the "unbeatable" team they were last year.

I hope we win, koolaid being pumped in intravenously but still the best I can say is we win a squeaker.

if it's a blowout, Gruden will have a lot less wiggle room the rest of the year, and Griffin will be on the fast track to being back.

I cringe whenever the Skins get a primetime game. The team seems to save their most uninspired work for the entire nation to poke fun at.

I am trying to find comfort in the facts. They are the same team if not better. If you do the right things you can beat them but one of their biggest advantages over other teams is their ability to adjust at halftime. Oh and the fact that they are 8-0 on Monday night games over the last 10 seasons waters down the cool-aid and mask rectal bleeding.

Hail to the Redskins!!!

Re: Redskins vs. Seahawks Pregame Thread

I think they should reverse-flex this game to Sunday afternoon so I don't have to worry about staying up late on Monday night.

I will probably start watching the game, like an idiot. But I doubt I will have too much trouble finding something else to watch or do in a half hour after the game starts.

I never turn off the game, no matter how bad the beating. I am a fan, I want to see even the train wrecks. Even if it means next-day grogginess from a night game.

I often wish I could watch games in, say, June, but I can't. To me, this means that when games ARE on, I should be watching, no matter how bad we look.

I'm normally like that, but there was something about this last game that just triggered me to shutting the TV off and going to bed. Plus, it was my third week into my new job, so I don't like to roll into work all hung over from staying up too late. Yes, I'm getting old!

I mean one is White and the other is Black, and the first rule of QB study is you never compare across races...also applies to small slot receivers

That's cool man, I was not picking on you. I understand the attraction.

Same here man. I tossed in the towel after Kirk's 4th int and decided I needed the extra hour of sleep more than the torture of watching that shit storm.
