Snyder closed his pocket book. He isn't spending like he used to spend.
He isn't throwing money at problems hoping for instant success.
He's tired of the negative publicity and hate from the fans.

He's going to keep Rivera and staff around till their contracts expire or RR quits.
It would cost Snyder around $20mil to fire the staff and start over at the end of the season.

Snyders main focus now is to maximize profits and fuck over the fans that hate his stupid ass.

I've seen this locally with Al Davis (Raiders) and Spanos Family (Chargers).

I think he realizes that. There was a time , years ago, that winning a championship would have still endeared his dumb ass to us. Now it is too late. Between his off the field bullshit and his on the field product over the last 30 years any hopes of reshaping his public opinion with the fan base is gone. He is no longer desperate to appease us.

I also don't think Rivera is going anywhere anytime soon. Snyder has nowhere else to turn at this point. He's also got bigger problems to worry about. Sometimes I feel the other owners realize he may never get a new stadium potentially leading to their motivation to want to oust him. I really believe that may play a role, in addition to his known terrible transgressions.

Bad is being kind. It is epically awful. It can’t get worse than what is happening can it?
It isn’t just the losing it is the personnel decisions. It almost seems like the plan is to lose. The drafts and the guys we let walk and the guys we sign - too many head scratching moments. Ron is a bad HC. He is an awful GM.
