Did anyone else watch Comcast postgame? (Lavar Related)

my take

lavar is easily the best lb on the team, washington is a very close 2nd. when greg williams was hired by gibbs to be the defensive coordinater all GW could talk about was LA, how LA was talented and was going to fit in great in his defense. lavar starts the preseason and then the real season playing fantastic, then LA gets hurt, basically done for the season.
during the off season lavar embarrasses the organization, which gibbs hates. LA complains about his contract and how the team rushed him back to soon.
lavar and the organization claim they have "made up" but the truth is dan snyder, joe gibbs and greg williams are still pissed at lavar for his actions. greg williams and joe gibbs see that the defense is good without LA so they bench him and they make up a lame excuse to tell us fans, also, LA is going to cost the skins bib bucks next year so , i think, they want to keep him healthy so they can trade him.
i don't disagree with the skins actions but i wish they would just be honest with us. i don't believe the reason they are giving.

I'll give LaVar credit, he is dealing with this well in the public eye. The team is winning, at least he realizes the worst thing to do would be to rock the boat on a 3-1 team. If the team was 1-3 though I think we'd hear a bit more out of him.

LaVar is the player, GW is the coach.

There's no debate here as to who deserves the respect.

I do have loyalty, #1 to the team and #2 to the men running the show.

So you dont feel we as fans deserve an honest answer on the guy who stood for the whole organization???GW's defense lost the game for us last week. No turnovers in 3 games. That is not acceptable!!!!!!!!!

Redskinsnation21 I think you need to just chill out and think about this. GW's defense has been the only positive thing coming out of Redskins Park the last 2 years. Last year without Lavar our defense was ranked #3. Maybe we could've been better with him, but we were damn good without him. So far, the first 2 games of this season our Defense has bailed us out. Especially the Dallas game.

Now I know that no turnovers in 3 games isn't the best stat, but ever since GW took over the defense we have become a respected defense throughout the NFL. I bet you ask any analyst, columnist, GM, whoever and they'll tell you that the BEST coordinator in the game right now is GW.

I know, I feel you..GW is awesome and I hope he takes over down the road but I am just a frustrated fan and just want some answers. I just wanted him out there to lay out of some Broncos. I was at the game and the Bronco fans are the worst so I am just venting..

I hear ya man. I'm a big Lavar fan too, but if you have to trust the coaching staff.

Hopefully we'll see Lavar on the field soon, but if we're winning without him....then you can't argue with the decision the staff made.

There have been so many pro's and con's WOW!!!! When all the dust clears, I'm truly interested in seeing what the final LaVar outcome is going to be.

Eighteen months ago JG and GW were the sweetest thing since sugar, now with the benching of one overated player they no longer know what they're doing. I find this all very difficult to comprehend. I say overated because there are a lot of inflated opinions relative to LaVar. Before long we'll be ready to dismiss both JG and GW because we know more about the game and who should, and should not be playing.

People, this coaching staff does not owe us any explanations "PERIOD" The only one they have to answer too is DS and if he's not complaining, the only thing we pay to do is watch. If you don't want to watch you don't have too. I certainly hope JG GW and the rest of the coaching staff does not read this stuff because they probably would be ready to leave town after witnessing such distrust.

Mr. Dan Snyder!! You played Chess with LaVar on the plane ride, the Warden cannot play games with the inmates. (Just Kidding) However there is an old saying "If you play with a Puppy, he'll lick you in the face". I know JG has warned you about that.

i don't believe anyone said gibbs and williams don't know what they're doing. what was said is we don't believe that the truth is being told about the reasons for lavar not playing

You can continue thinking the coaching staff owes you something if you'd like, but I'm afraid you're barking up the wrong tree. Comparing Microsoft to football is like comparing apples and anything else irrelevant.
