Im curious as to where you got that info. China has been a major supporter of the democrats for a long time. One of the largest monetary supporters. No way does China want Unions to be slowed down, they keep sending jobs to China.
Remember the whole campaign donation reform that was tried a while back. Dems accused republicans of trying to undermine it. They didnt undermine it, they wanted the same restriction on American corporations the dems wanted to be placed on foreign countries. The dems laughed at that. Why? China donated way to much to them for that to be included. |

The judge only struck the implementation for this election due to time constraints before Nov. 6th, not the entire law.
Fair compromise. I don't see this having an effect on this election, even Rasmussen has Obama up by double digits in PA as of 9/21.
