Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Anyone we hire now will be ranked no higher than the 'Meh' category. Feels like we're getting left holding the bag.

Perhaps, but as we've learned the last 24 hours you can't believe everything that's out there on social media.

The whole ride EB for a year and see who is out there next year sounds way better then settling for someone today only to watch 4 years of BS

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
The 'Meh' category is my own personal feeling on the matter, not the generic fanbase. That being said, I hope the choice is Glenn or Weaver. Quinn does absolutely nothing for me.

Who says we'd be locked in to someone for 4 years? If next year is another disaster you cut bait. I just don't want EB getting someone like Daniels or Maye killed back there with his bullshit drop back 50 times a game with zero running game offense. |

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Vrabel must either have a lot of demands or be an absolute mother effer to work with.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Well, 1 thing is clear 43 of 48 people who responded to the poll won't get their top choice.
I do think they need to get a deal done as the coach will need time to get his staff in place, and other teams are starting to lock up the critical assistant positions. Also it is pretty clear that being the top-rated opportunity for a new HC was not enough of a draw against the backdrop of the lack of talent that is on the current roster. |
