Can't believe the Redskins are signing this guy after his 05 season. With that said his 12 year old highlight film looks pretty solid.

What? I didn't say anything. I was just using the opportunity to post his highlight film from when he was 12. In the meantime I think the move makes sense. It's hard to say he's a mistake unless he ends up costing us a game through a fumble or an interception on a halfback pass.

I'm not sold on Alexander by any means but after reading the board I say, why not give him a shot. Hamiltons been cut to make room for him and I don't think he was going to play much anyway. I really don't have anything against him other than I've HEARD he was soft and selfish. Zorn knows him personally so maybe what I've heard is wrong. At league minimum he does'nt cost much and maybe he'll use this opportunity to prove his reputation wrong. I hope so.

I use to dread watching this guy run against us. But I mean I love this move. I hope Zorn uses him to his full potential again. Does anyone remember if this guy can catch?

since he's a former league mvp,i'm pretty sure he can do it all very well.

he can catch. i don't think he fumbles much, but has the potential to be soft. Remember when the Skins knocked him out early in the 2005 playoff game? I think what probably hurt SA besides nagging injuries was the loss of that stud tackle Seattle let go to Minn. Can't remember his name right now...but it seemed like SA had his biggest decline once dude was gone.

He says he's been working out in Washington (state I assume) with an Olympic trainer and is in GREAT shape and 100% healthy finally. If this is true, look out, this could be fun to watch.

I like this move. It's very low risk, high reward for the Skins.

alexander was cheap with huge upside. This was a no-brainer provided he is in shape.
