The topic is bipartisanship and change I'm I correct? Your point is well taken, he's a typical politician. He's a democrat with liberal/socialist values. I on the other hand point out the insanity of the GOP's counter proposal. There is nothing petty about discussing the awfulness of what's on the table (that goes for some of the awful stuff in the dem's stimulus too). There is something wrong, however, when the GOP is entirely peddling same shit that they peddled back in 2001/2003 and we are in an even worse predicament than we were back in 2001/2003. I'm not saying it's entirely their fault we're in this predicament, there's plenty of blame for that to go around, but come on, f*cking try a little.

You got a radio host who hopes Obama fails getting a BJ from US Congressmen and Senators for cry out loud and you want to talk bipartisanship and being offended? The gall of some folks is amazing, if I didn't know better I would think the GOP were given a mandate.

Actually my solution is to the right of the Republicans. Everyone but Corporations pay NO taxes. Corporations pay a flat 10%.
What are we talking about? The relevancy of the House GOP or Solis tax problems? The House GOP != The Senate GOP. Certainly Senate GOP have some weight in Senate but Dems only need two GOP Senators to get things passed.

After posting this I started thinking about Sadens post and I don't think the ROP plan call's for reducing Corporations taxes only small business and individuals
.

No, you should click on the links I provide. Once again, straight from the the baby hog's mouth.

Quote:
Just as we cut taxes for families and small businesses, we need to cut them for corporations as well, from 35 percent to 25 percent. And we shouldn't be afraid to say so. Our corporate tax rate is one of the highest in the world, driving investment and jobs overseas. Lowering this key rate will unlock trillions of dollars to be invested in America instead of abroad.

are you living in the real world? where im at, we are so lean and mean, all the profits going into the big boys pockets. over the last 5 years, we have enjoyed record return on capital. want to guess what kind of raises i have gotten? 2.1%, 2.2%, 2.2%, 2.1%, and 2.2%. so don't feed me that line of crap about the companies spreading the wealth. same with giving them a corporate break. the jobs that went overseas will never come back. if they get a new break, that just means more of the bottom line/ profit. some of you guys aren't really in touch with what is going on

Rush Limbaugh is just a mouth piece for the Republicans like Hollywood is for the Democrats.

I wouldn't live in Penn to save my life. It's bad enough that y'all are moving down here and voting. I don't want to be in your shoes. As a matter of fact I vote for my local officials to do the exact opposite of what you believe in so I'll not have to.

You're upset because they out-sourced jobs to foreigners. Well that's what free trade get's you. They feel free to trade away your job to another country.

Do you honetly believe that politicians give a damn about our jobs? :yeahright

So guess where those companies are going to go when you raise their taxes? The same place they went when taxes were raised the last time, not here.

Please stay in Penn. We've enough people from NJ, NY, Penn, and our own home grown socialist screwing up our politics and taxation. You've already ruined your own state so live there.

It looks like intelligent and thoughtful reps from both sides of the Cowboys and Redskins, I mean, Republicans and Democrats are going through the stimulus bill cutting out as much pork as they can. Not just Democrats and not just Republicans, both. Imagine that.

Some of you guys are funny to read. You act like this is some big rivalry and if you're caught agreeing with some points from the other team then you're not really a fan.

I take that back. We've made a lot of money off of Northerners. Y'all come down here and we build you a cookie cutter McMansion in the middle of a cornfield for 20k and sell it to you for 350k +. So come on down Billy, bring your money. I've got some really good nice old houses in Church Hill that I can sell you. Tell all your friends. Yeah sometime I wonder who won seeing how we have all the auto maunufacturing that y'all used to have. How's the UAW working for ya up there?
