Re: Zorn to coach the rest of the season

heres something interesting:

Fassel had plans for Redskins
Jim Fassel was a finalist for the Redskins job in 2004 and might have gotten it had Daniel Snyder not been able to talk Joe Gibbs out of retirement. And he was the leader for much of the process in Washington again last year. Fassel had discussed with Snyder having Jim Zorn as his offensive coordinator. He wanted Rex Ryan as his defensive coordinator, but the Ravens were not going to let him leave.

New York Daily News

We could of had Rex Ryan as our Defensive Coordinator and someone experienced calling timeouts and managing the game, but nooo Snyder wanted Zorn to do 3 major things, and doesn't want a 3-4 Defense..

He still would have left to coach the jets.

Re: Zorn to coach the rest of the season

Thought this would be good article for this thread

That's offensive: Without proper personnel, these teams will struggle

If we had right players for the system, would Zorn be good?

Zorn needs to give G. Williams a call and have a talk about coaching.. What is exactly what Redskins need right now..

Sounds like what they did to Campo in Dallas,.....Right? Jones was out having sex with Bill Parcells in the middle of the season.

"He lost his dignity and he lost his credibility," Cowher said of Zorn on CBS

That may be true, but he hasn't lost a dime.

Laugh all the way back to the bank JimZo.
